Town Payments and Account Information

As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the Town of Londonderry, NH has partnered with EB2GOV® to offer payment of vehicle registration renewals over the Internet.


Vehicle Registration Renewals:

Electronic Checks are accepted over the Internet for vehicle registration renewals.

EB2GOV®, the vehicle registration renewals service provider, charges a $1.50 convenience fee for each vehicle processed, plus a transaction fee of $.35 for payment processing, and an administrative cost of $.65 to offset the cost of postage, envelopes, electronic check stock and MICR printer supplies.

 

Renew Your Vehicle Registration Online

We are pleased to offer our customers who are renewing their registrations the convenience of submitting renewal requests and payments online. We have deployed E-Reg, a service of EB2Gov, to securely and efficiently process your online vehicle renewal requests. Using this service saves time and postage because your payment information is sent electronically to us, negating the need to mail back your notice and checks to us.

How Does This Work?

Our service is only available to Londonderry residents who wish to renew their registrations. At this time, it is not available for new, first-time, or plate transfer registrations.

Please have the following items handy before continuing:

  • Your vehicle renewal notice letter, which we will mail to you about one to two weeks prior to your registration's expiration date;
  • Your PIN (personal identification number), which will appear on that letter;
  • A valid email address; and
  • Your checkbook.

After you enter this information, it will be sent electronically to the Town of Londonderry Town Clerk's Office. Usually, within one business day "e-checks" will be generated for your payments to both the Town of Londonderry and the State of New Hampshire DMV, and your registrations will be processed and mailed back to you within four or five business days.

Terms Of Service

To use our online vehicle registration renewal service, you must understand and agree to the following terms of service:

Submitting your request to renew your vehicle registrations is not the same as registering your vehicle. Online submissions do not constitute a contract or requirement for us to comply with those requests. Until you receive your official registration form and decals from us, your vehicle is not considered registered. Unpaid parking tickets, missing or incorrect information, data transmission problems, and other causes may delay or prevent the processing of your registrations by the Town. A non-refundable convenience fee will be assessed to you for each vehicle you renew online using this service.

In the event of any problems or questions, we will attempt to contact you by email or telephone, but the Town is not liable if, for any reason, we are unable to do so or if you do not respond to such communications. It is your responsibility to contact us if you have not received your registrations within 10 days of your online submission, and to comply with State of NH Laws regarding the registering and operation of your vehicles.
