David R. Caron has been Town Manager of Londonderry since November 12, 2001. He was educated at the University of Maine where he earned a B.S. in Public Administration, and has also participated in the Senior Executives Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Before coming to Londonderry, Mr. Caron was Town Administrator of Gilford, NH from 1988 to 2001, and Town Administrator in Belmont, NH from 1981 to 1987. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Local Government Center Board of Directors, and is a Commissioner on the State of New Hampshire Enhanced 911 Commission.
Margo Lapietro began her duties as Executive Assistant in 2004. Prior to beginning town service with the Planning and Economic Development Department in 2003, Mrs. Lapietro held administrative support positions in the construction and engineering disciplines, including a ten-year association with the expansion of Manchester Airport.
Carolyn O’Connor joined the Town in 2001 as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Public Works, and was promoted to Administrative Support Specialist in 2005. Mrs. O’Connor previously held administrative support positions in the areas of law, financial services and retail. She holds a BS in Business Administration from New Hampshire College, and is an MBA candidate at Southern New Hampshire University.
