Andre is the Director of Planning & Economic Development for the town of Londonderry, New Hampshire. The City of Lee’s Summit Mo. is where he started his career in Planning. Soon after moving back to New England, Andre was hired as Goffstown, NH first professional planner. Andre comes to Londonderry after working 11 years for the town of Goffstown.
Andre earned his undergraduate degree in Community Development from the University of New Hampshire and obtained his masters degree in Community Economic Development from Southern NH University (formerly New Hampshire College). He also obtained his professional planners certification in 2001 and professional NH economic development certification in 2003.

Timothy J. Thompson, AICP, Town Planner
Timothy J. Thompson, AICP, Town Planner, returned to Londonderry in 2000 after interning for the Town in 1996. His work while an intern won him an award from the Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association for the (first in NH) wireless communications tower ordinance he authored. He is a 1997 graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, receiving dual bachelors degrees (Bachelor of Urban Planning & Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design). Tim spent the initial years of his professional career as a City Planner in Rochester NH. Tim is active in the NH planning community, serving on the executive committee of theNorthern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association.
