John Vogl, GIS Manager/Planner, began with the Town in August of 2004. He is the first in this position and comes to Town by way of the Nashua Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) where he served as the GIS Manager for 5 years.
John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Keene State College. His GIS background comes from work at NRPC, pulling together a diverse collection of datalayers from municipalities to build a regional system. He has a solid understanding of the differing needs and applications of data to municipal boards and general government and is well versed in communicating planning principles or concepts through maps.
