The Town of Londonderry is accepting proposals to provide for a ZOLL ZVent Portable Ventilator including; one Circuit Vent Single Limb WYE Adult/Pedi, one Circuit Vent Single Limb WYE, Infant One Assembly Oxygen Hose 6" Long, two Filter Foam Inlet 1.08" dia. X 1/2" Long Individually Bagged, two Filter Disk Fresh Gas/Emergency Air Intake Individually Bagged, one Power Cord 6" 18AWG 3 SPT-2 NEMA 5- 15P
IEC60320-C5 (Check MFR), one Power Supply 100-240 VAC 100W 24V 4.2A IEC 320 & DT7L Plugs for the Londonderry Fire Department. Packages are available in the Town Manager’s Department or www.londonderrynh.org.
All proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, April 22nd 2022.
There will not be a public opening of the proposals. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and take such action as may be deemed necessary in the best interests of the Town.

SECTION 1: General
- Bidder is responsible to explain all exceptions to bid specifications in writing. Any exceptions not taken shall be assumed by the purchaser to be included in the proposal, regardless of the cost to the bidder.
- Bidder may provide a separate list of any recommended or common option(s) with associated costs that may be considered by the Londonderry Fire Department.
- Bidders shall include all warranty documents within bid proposal.
- Delivery should be 280 Mammoth Road, Londonderry NH 03053.
